She is a recognized specialist in market risk, credit risk, liquidity, ALM, counterparty risk, and FRTB, with deep expertise in applying AI and agile methodologies. Leticia combines strong technical knowledge with a global business perspective, strengthened by an Executive MBA from IPADE, making her a trusted advisor to Tier 1 financial institutions worldwide.
Claudia Guegan
Senior Partner & Strategy Expert
Claudia brings over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, ESG organizational redesign, and risk management. She has led complex transformation projects in Europe and Latin America, including Solvency II programs, ESG benchmarking for Tier 1 banks, and large-scale governance redesign. With an MBA from INSEAD and experience at Booz Allen Hamilton and Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Claudia is known for her ability to align executive vision with actionable strategies delivering sustainable results.
